Bit of organizing going on.
So I been doing some spring cleaning in my part of the ole’ Internet the past couple of days. I was going tiresome of having multiple hosts for work and personal projects so I decided to finally bring them all together under one roof. Centrally managed they say… I switched over to mediatemple.net where I can host up to 20 different websites now. So far, their support has been stellar and rumor has it is about to start running Rails apps. HURRY UP ON THAT BOYS!
So while doing that I decided to finally organize the mess that is my domains. As some of you already knew, thedigity.com and the fatboydiaries.com were essentially pointing to the same site, but didn’t exactly make a point to explain to the user at which site you were viewing once you got there. I kinda smashed them together.
So I officially split those off and they are now running completely on their own. TheDigity is now just a site for all our friends to congregate, slack, and shoot the bull. FatBoyDiaries is now a seperate podcast/blog about me losing weight, and failing. (Seems like my posts only come while I’m going well, funny how that works eh?)
And then there’s the new site, bradgarland.net. I wanted a site I could attach my name to and gear it to topics that are more tech/business oriented. Use this site as almost an ongoing resume of sorts…be able to discuss projects I’m working on/brainstorming, rant about other’s postings, and anything else.
So there you have it, thoroughly confused now? ;) Check them all out if you get a chance.
