A leader’s most fundamental role, we tell our clients, is to be the Chief Energy Officer — to mobilize, excite, focus, inspire and constantly recharge the energy of those he or she leads.
A work in progress for me…makes sense though.
The leader often gets the most attention but I’m sure the first follower is the most important both up and down the organizational ladder.
